Measuring temperature with data acquisition using BenchVue

Should I need to set the reference temperature in the data logging software for the thermocouple measurement?

markwlaw The 34970A and 34972A both have a built-in reference temperature and will calculate the temperature. BenchVue records the temperature from the data acquisition unit. So, it is not necessary to provide the reference temperature.
