High winds are scary, Key! ❤ We had 80Km/h gusts 2 nights ago - can’t sleep worrying - winter winds blow SW-NE along Lake Erie and we’re at the top end - have had 120+km/h hurricane strength winds in our worst storms - Cornwall has had some wicked storms, too, over the last few years. ❤❤❤

Storm Darragh is giving poor Key anxiety with its wind gusts, and rattling windows and shutters. Hopefully no sting jet impacted the UK and Europe. (i did see a report of 96mph winds at Berry Head near Tor Bay.) Meanwhile, Gravenhurst, Ontario had over 140cm of lake-effect snow and a state of emergency was issued for the town last weekend.

Our windows make a weird humming noise, the dog and cat are going deaf but it scares out granddaughter and the twigs from our climbing plants tapping the windows, quite creepy. Poor Key it must sound so loud to his ears it must sound like a roaring monster!
