what kind of oil? what temp? I see you also removed the skin. I tried doing frying in a dutch oven but I'm thinking pressure cooker is the best way to go to cut down on frying time, I generally find that the coating will start to burn especially for drumsticks

Click bait, those ingredients would'nt even come close to tasting like KFC. KFC has sage, thyme, marjoram, white pepper, ginger powder, mustard powder, smoked paprika, msg. Tons of ingredients you didn't include.
