KFC here in the states , pretty terrible. They used to be the best but they really fell off recently. Church^s Texas chicken is okay , their pieces of chicken is a little off sometimes so Popeyes and Bojangles top the list for me. I love your videos Quang. Summary: Popeyes - 9/10. Classic - pretty much everywhere its above average and the crisp++taste++ is on point. Ppl say its pretty bland but over the years it just got it. Sides are super good. Global success. KFC - 7/10. (KFC Asia - 8/10) KFC overall probably is the most famous fried chicken place globally. In its prime days it was the GOAT, now its a hit or miss in many places. Luckily KFC Asia still got it. crisp+-, taste+ (sometimes too salty). Sides are okay. Jollibee - 8/10. Like KFC, there some parts where they miss. Much better in the North America (interesting right?) and amazing in Philippines; a few misses in other Asian countries. Overall very good on all places - from chicken to sides. I think if you get the best of all them in their PRIME: 1. Popeyes, 2. KFC , 3. Jollibee OR 1. KFC, 2. Popeyes, 3. Jollibee

My man is spot on about KFC in Asia, it is hands down way better than what you get in America 🇺🇸. Only sad part for us here in India is that we only have the Crispy Spicy version and no original because the original just doesn't sell here for some reason 😔 which has always been my favorite

This is a first where I can enjoy Quang's chicken day video knowing that is what I am having for dinner. I would also go with Popeyes. You may know this but any trips to the USA, don't search for Texas chicken, the company is Churches Chicken. That box, that chicken, and biscuits its Churches I have never seen a sign that says Texas Chicken.

Delicious!! So Quang i got a question, i like fried chicken so i tried to make it every time with your recipe, but in VietNam if i use that much oil for frying i would get Beat , so instead we use air-fryer less time-consuming and oil, only problem is the juice coming out of chicken pieces make the batter soggy so how to prevent this ? Is there another way to cook the chicken become that crispy without using that much oil ?
