@deonwren328616 күн бұрын
To me, this is the best thing to happen to the producers. TK jump on it, his song is a hit. They never respond to him about a price initially. Now the song is a hit, price now gone up! Whatever they was asking before they could triple it! They could get percentage of sales/ views/ streams etc. . It cost money to make a riddim/ to rent studio/ pay the artist/ promotion etc. You have TK jump on it and it didn’t cost the producers anything but yet they in line to get paid from TK and also from the hype that the riddim generate worldwide. . Big win for them!

KG I rate your show for highlighting the different aspects of the music scene and I respect the struggle men went through to get through but in the world of music what Killa did was wrong, he knew that , you can't be encouraging that attitude and behaviour cause if it was an international outfit and he posted and tried to monetize it he could have gotten a serious lawsuit . As well, if it were an artist stealing a zess riddim and streaming it you would oppose , no need to have double standards. Call a spade a spade if it's equality and respect you want . The call was made to FB AFTER he recorded and released and on top of that , bold face said he don't care. That attitude not going anywhere sadly , no matter how much talent he may have . The riddim clearly was to bring the zess and soca world together hence Yung Bredda's contribution alongside the soca artists , isnt that obvious ? and there was no fight down whatsoever with that song . In fact , Yung bredda was on mission to get into soca this year and his management, Optimus , is who reached out to the soca writers like shaft and full blown to work with him , and they did . And blessed him like never before . Stop pushing division and bitterness in an already bitter environment and see it from another angle . People are entertained by TK's instability and mental issues and that's truly sad. We should be guiding these younger ones and showing them the way forward . It might be hype now but after the dust settle , TK and the mentality you're pushing just translating as a liability. Nothing in the region and especially outside would wanna work with that . Just the truth . Respect and Guidance.
@fullnessoflife596316 күн бұрын
And what is this " allyuh " talk , the 'Mafia' dead long time . If a song is good it's good . Trinibad and the internet prove that long time . Why are you giving a dead concept life ? Yall generation knows nothing about a Mafia , when there was ONE station and ONE road to get your music out there . Now it's up to the artist . You wearing chain but don't have a slave mentality , the gate is wide open now.

I do not like that you all are diminishing Yung Bredda's moment. Isnt he a zess artiste as well? Why aren't yall celebrating his success? Why stressing on if they had put this one and that one? So YB isnt good enough? Why it needed Swanny and Kman and whoever else? Yall are condradicting yall selves and it's giving very much envy towards YB cuz I am trying to understand why the zess artiste on the riddim isnt being celebrated!!! Isn't that what yall wanted? Or is it that it's only certain zess artiste worthy of the support from you all? This is such a disappointment but I fully understand what is really being said without it being said!!
@fullnessoflife596316 күн бұрын
This is the point I'm trying to understand.. this riddim actually celebrates Zess and puts in the front , with an artist like Yung Bredda smh wha you really taking about KG ?
@kgtheodore16 күн бұрын
What Killa is doing is nothing new. In the Hip Hop community it’s called a Mixtape. A mixtape means you didn’t actually own/make the beats, but that is not the real issue. Read between the lines and come up with your own conclusion.

Right , but who's touring the world all year round ? Soca is alive and well my friend , it's clear a lot of work needs to be done to achieve the same results . And if he surpassed in views and such why complain about 'fight down' ? Clearly they are 'big' artists now
@timothynicholls722916 күн бұрын
Here this nah real is real. I feel the pain in this episode, but here wa going on. I'm a trini and I love soca but only from boxing day till ash Wednesday time and place for everything. Soca is the easiest thing to sing a 3 year old could make a soca hit. I see in certain countries ppl laughing at soca (comedy shows). Soca come like 1 of the most shitties music in d world!
