Well you're actually right. The character of Ramika Sen is based on Indira Gandhi as KGF story also takes place during that timeline(70s and 80s). Indira Gandhi was a shrewd leader and did some positive things for the country especially handling the 1971 indo- pak war and winning it. But at the same time she was a dictator who imposed emergencies and also toppling some state govts, and replacing them with her own party INC(Indian National Congress). At the end she got assassinated for her greed
