You got the extension part to pop out so easily. Mine won't move! Like it's jammed, can't find a way to loosen it

I had the same problem. I used two rubber jar openers and twisted it open. Then it was fine

i guess buying replacement brushes are expensive. are there non branded replaceables that fit this model?

The adjustable head adjusts 90 degrees, not 180 degrees (180 is half a circle, which would put it up against the handle).

I just received mine today and it's been charging for 6 hrs and the light won't turn green to indicate full charge. 😒🙄 Sick of getting scammed.

Sorry about that, it happens sometimes due to voltage instability, in that case, the last 1% can't be filled, but it won't make any difference, the running time won't be shorter.

try using a USB C cord that you know that is actually working. Mine does charged quite fast.

@@dodgeshadow099 I have. Sadly it won't fully charge. I've tried 3 different chargers. It won't change from red to green indicating full charge.
