Eseh kehteh hai khastah aur karari Nimki.. Eitake jibe goja korle kih moja hobe.. Damn Man! I've gained 9 Kilo extra.. Bangali Shigara moidar dough is prepared similarly.. Then the aloo is fried intact with kosha along with kalo jeere, adha, kacha lonka, Lal lonkar guro are gorom moshala dea itiyadi.. Actually only 1 person use to prepare Shigara in this way back when I was growing up in Delhi.. That person is dead now and it's been 22 year's since I've returned back.. Apni Teeler Montro 🕉 akbare teekh dieachen.. She knows what she's doing.. 👏 🙏 Lovely Lady..

My wife giggles at time's and say that I'm Bad.. Because I'm also open for any correction in life.. But you are a very intelligent and aware person that has inherited authentic Bangli rannah exactly as it should be.. Then you prepare them with your heart ♥ and experience.. But not like some other's on KZbin I've observed.. They just are hungry for attention from those who has no experience at all in Bengali cuisines.. I'm not a typical Bengali.. I'm second generation old school Delhihite.. But both of my late parent's were enthusiastic cook and also gardeners.. It's run in the family 👪.. Like If I purchase Fish 🐠 I mean in India.. Then I used to pull the gill's and sniff or see the eye's and etc.. That's what I mean.. You also carry such dedication towards what you pursue in life.. But not haphazardly callous.. Very Guni person you're and that's what inspire me to observe your method's and remember those Bygone year's of my life when I was still in India.. Observing Bengali cooking of those who were born in 1920, 1930 were my own late parent's and also my crazy Paternal grandmother.. Who was born in the early 1905..These people knew how to prepare authentic Bengali cuisines.. Then now I'm observing it's you.. Though you aren't from that generation or even as old as I'm 😂 But khub bhalo kore shikechoh Bangla ranna.. Nowadays who take such interest in cooking.. Not even then new generation Bengali Boy's and Girl's.. They're mostly foolish.. Either viewing Bollywood, Hollywood or If someone of them view Ritwik Ghatak or Ray.. Then they consider themselves as intellectual.. 🤣 Nevermind! Here I go again.. But I haven't changed a bit after spending 22 year's of my life in the West and neither I was a typical Bengali bhalo cheleh back then 😂 .. I'm multicultural..
