You don't even need to do that. Once you have doubleflight. Just do it and flowmotion jump of the wall beside it. At least you can't cheese one thing with flowmotion in this game. It's useless otherwise.

For 10 at the bridge with the Mikey symbol. You can dash towards the treasure as well, and then double jump. Or at least that is how I got mine.

Go to the portal, take the rail straight forward ans spin around the ice elevator to go up. If you follow the corridor that should take you to the rail bit. You'll have to go back and forth a bit to be able to jump on the upper rail to get to the chest

Yes, I had the same issue. You need to equip one of the abilities that allow you to jump higher on the rail (it is part of flowmotion I beleive) . That is how you get onto the second rail. Some chests in the game could only be gotten by equipping certain abilities like double jump. Your Welcome!
