When the fight was called and Conor tapped, Khabib held that crank a couple more seconds just as hard. I don’t think that was just revenge or rage that caused him to do so. It’s my opinion that he was making a statement to Conor and Conor alone. When Khabib first came to the UFC I didn't know how to feel about him. But I really like the guy. He is a nice and genuine guy. He's very real with everything. I'm happy that he was so successful and walked away from the sport the way he did. He is the greatest light weight of all time and one of greatest mma fighters of all time. Khabib is an example of how you should carry yourself as a fighter and even just a man in general. He is a rare breed. His family is too.

What most people dont realize is that fighting in the UFC, with time limits and referees, is probably the easiest thing Khabib has ever faced. If you look at his life, his background, his upbringing, a 25 minute fight is no factor to this man, thats why hes so calm, so collected.
