Petr out struck him in total strikes and was much more accurate with both total and significant strikes, got 6 take downs to Sean’s 0, had 6 minutes of control time to Sean’s 0, and hurt Sean badly multiple times. Sean fought way better than most people expected and earned himself a ton of respect, but there’s no justifying the decision it was just outright wrong. I don’t think it’s a UFC conspiracy, but I do think the two judges made a horrible decision based purely off of the fact that Petr was bleeding, nothing else.

@@bigguccisosa4638 Actually Yan was trying to throw punches and elbows while in top control. He wasn't the most successful with them but some of them got through. He didn't just lay on Sean. Also even a takedown and top control should be considered. Both had their moments on the feet, with Sean being better there, but that doesn't mean you have to ignore the other side of MMA. When it comes to dominant position Yan was superior for most of the fight. So in the stand up both had success with Sean taking it, but in wrestling only Yan had success

I am a fan of Sean and Yan. My wife and I love both fighters. We were surprised and pleased to see Sean be competitive but we saw him lose that fight. We were both disgusted by the judges.
