Over training is a real thing that exists so he might be overt raining some of the guys, one thing that happens is that people who are more slow twitch can handle more volume than people who are most fast twitch, therefore the fast twitch guys get over trained faster than the slow twitch guys but for someone who doesn't know what he is doing the fast twitch guy is just being a beta bitch. This is a very common problem in group oriented training both in MMA and other sports, and this happens because people who do fitness are usually not intelligent, if every single time that I'm too tired to do a productive workout I would have kept going I would have either overt rained myself faster or I would have had a change of getting injured, if you are too tired to do a productive workout the better solution is to go home because it's going to take you longer to recover and all you are doing is reinforcing bad technique due to being tired and not getting any strength gains due to being too tired to do a productive workout. This doesn't sound inspiring to me it just sounds stupid.

Ajax Sid Jons clearly lost first 3 rounds to Reyes and should’ve lost that one. Plus he has a loss and caught many times on steroids so no he will never be the goat. Gsp has 2 losses and had close fights plus had his face changed from damage so no he’s not the goat. Silva has 11 losses 4 TKOs and 2 submissions so no mate he’s not even close to Khabib. The goat is who has zero losses, took zero damage, dominated all his opponents, fought all top fighters at their prime in the most difficult weight class and made them look like amateurs. Well that’s someone deserved to be called the GOAT if only people stop hating and be fair.
@ajaxsid9034
@ajaxsid9034 Жыл бұрын
@@dinosaur4053 Struggled to make weight, pull outs, jeopardizing his liver, don't talk about drugs cause islam recently did I.V thing leading up to volk, which is cheating, it's confirmed by that terrorist snitch Ali. Even khabib must have done it. Those are the lengths that weight bullies go. He didn't even defeat a goat. The way you described silva is pathetic. He has got 16 title defenses and khabib's got only 3, jones is 2 time LHW champion, held the title for the longest period, and if you think jones lost to reyes then khabib lost to Tibau as well. GSP avenged his two losses by dominating them, he is also a 2 division champ and has got many fight of the night, they don't give fight of the night for sniffing jocks. Even khabib won't forgive you for that GSP comment. Speaking of not taking a loss, Just because he didn't take a Loss doesn't make him a goat. Cause he fought nobodies till 24-0 , If he had stayed longer or had the balls to move up to 170 where he belongs he would have eventually faced a loss. Colby or even Khamzat would have butchered him. Or he would end up like Usman. These things don't make someone a goat.
