Wrong (with all due respect). He didn’t believe in his son. He trusted hard work and discipline. Doesn’t matter who’s on the other side. Usman, Islam and many others prove my argument. And ofc all of those believe in Allah.

@@docm7735It's tough love. We don't tend to get the father mentality until we become parents ourselves. Honestly, it's not even about being Muslim at all. These acts of respect between a father and son are crucial.

Yes, BUT, He's father knew and have wrestling. Dagestani wrestling school is the strongest in the world. And always was. All-amarican wrestlers is strong, but their level is lower than average dagestani sport guy. Wrestling in Dagestan is on another level. The best in the world. And now we see it, look how much champions from Dagestan in UFC now. Yes, it was very hard to move from place without any social lifts and media support from mountain to world-class media UFC. But, it's not just "beliave, achieve" or other motivation shit. They always had best wrrstling in the world, and they always know it. And I know it too, because in ukrainian, and I locate closer to this dagestani guys than you in America. You know, you americans think that you discovered all the world and Earth. But, it's incorrect, USSR, and now Russia try to conquerer and punish and hide a lot of nations and countries. That's why you in US don't know that there is the best wrestlers in the world in Dagestan. And when russia finally will be destroyed and fall - you will be surprised, how many secrets will be opened, that USSR/Russia hide from the world.

“Some” parents Not “all” parents A parent that financially continues to support a adult (18 years of age or older)progeny is RARE in the Western culture My father said the day after I graduated high school grade 12 at 17 years of age; “now you are an adult man hence you will now go to work and pay room and board just as in the real world there is NO free ride of free rent or free food when you are a man that is adult” “you can work for my company or you can work wherever you want, but as long as you live under MY roof this day going forward you will PAY $,if you find a better deal then you are free to rent elsewhere & buy, cook your own groceries & do your own dishes, clean your own abode” “welcome to reality”( if you want university SAVE your residual money left over AFTER paying me your room/board! Take it or move out”Most everyone I grew up with had the same experience as our Canadian parents don’t baby us once we are adult in age hence are NOT like Asian culture whereas progeny pay nothing living at home at 30 yrs old working in a mall yet buying a Mercedes as they have no other overhead ADULT real world RESPONSIBILITIES hence expenses whatsoever like rent/food so they can drive a car that is meant for an attorney or physician not a cell phone service kiosk representative in a mall And I’m glad for my father’s way which made me independent minded, self reliant, and strived to be made of my own accord of self discipline hence nothing was handed to me on a silver platter, yet I still succeeded financially to have more than I can or will spend in my lifetime

@cal2062 I'm really happy for you that you're doing great in life And everyone has his own experience. I do agree that children should learn some responsibility. I'm against spoiling kids or teenagers but I also believe in supporting my kids financially if they wanna study hard I do realize that western parents are a bit harsh when their kids become 18 years old but I personally think that if your child is in need for financial support and it's for his benefit not something silly or stupid then I think parents should at least try to help their kids out in a way that doesn't make him a deadbeat so I believe in a middle ground basically
