Ingredients for 4 khachapuri:
For the dough:
kefir (room temperature) - 300 ml
egg - 1 pc.
vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
salt - 1 tsp.
sugar - 1 tsp
flour (sifted) - 450-500 g (be guided by the dough)
baking powder - 10 g
For the filling:
cottage cheese 5 or 9% - 200 g (can be replaced with suluguni)
Suluguni cheese - 200 g
egg - 1 pc.
butter - 20-30 g
Fry the khachapuri in a dry frying pan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until a beautiful golden hue.
Brush with butter while still hot.
