La Tutsi dit que le Hutu ou le Tutsi n'existe plus, alors que les accords d'Arusha soulignent qu'être Tutsi vous donne droit à 4 fois autant de représentation ethnique aux institutions publiques que si vous serez Hutu. So, Bazompora, Pierre Nkurunziza made a lot of progress in these two terms of his, and I really commend him for that (E.g. free education for primary school, free maternity for mothers etc). What do you think he would add/do differently in the next term?

Axel Ntwari, when the minority-led Rwandese Patriotic Front _completely_ threw out the Arusha Accords on rwanda, the international community was okay with it. Yet, now with a majority led Burundi, the US, Belgium and Bahima like Khadja Nin (daughter of a minister from Micombero's regime) are insisting that the Arusha Accords on Burundi are _more important_ than the actual constitution of Burundi. As for a next mandate of Nkurunziza, I expect the CNTB, aka Lands Commision, to resume, so that some justice can be brought to those depossessed of their livelihood under the Hima dictatorships.

Bazompora I understand that. With Rwanda, the genocide has given Kagame an excuse to do anything and has helped him gain an unquestionable trust with the West. Rwanda at this moment is an autocratic regime, but because it's backed by the US, no one dares question it. Also, see all the atrocities and chaos they caused in Congo with the support of M23, but the West did nothing about it but warn him. Same goes with the ignoring of the Arusha agreements for Kagame's benefits. Due to their guilt for not intervening in the genocide, the West lets him do anything he wishes. But let's consider Burundi. We do not have that "genocide card" to play once the West raises any concern about the state of politics. So, they have no regret or drawbacks from intervening in Burundi as long as they see something wrong being done. And that's why Burundi is held to higher scrutiny than Rwanda, and in the case of Burundi, the Arusha Accords were the very instrumental in bringing peace. As for the CNTB, I don't know if you have been to Burundi recently, but in the past few years, their operations were pretty shady. But, I am glad, at least, you have a reason why you want a third term unlike most others. My next question to you is, can't the CNTB work under another president (even, from CNDD)?
