I think his master skill passive is going to best work with something like Fragment of 2004, cuz a 5% increase in NP gen could make a difference of a percent or two when it come to looping. Plus 5% to Np damage doesn't hurt either.

I think one thing that Lasengle is doing, which I like, is "Options." Taking the recent LB7 releases Nito (Alter), Tezcatlipoca, Tlaloc: Are these nice to roll for as a newer account? Sure, they'll be useful. Are they game-breaking must have and you need to roll for them? No. For people who have been playing a while, if you have servants of similar roles, or if you have the similar class/role welfares (Ranmaru X, Nine-Dragon Eli, Summer Valks), you don't have to roll if you don't want to. Different Servants might bring a different spice or niche that fits their lore/character, but if their core role are similar, options are good in my opinion

This has been a thing for years now tbh. There really isn't anything in fgo that's must roll. The closest we have is big meta supports and even they strictly speaking are never required. That being said its always been about just playing with the units you like/want to. I think the issue comes in when the game's content gets difficult enough to narrow down which of the options actually work.

For looping(with Black Grail) he's almost on par with NP5 Valks at NP1 for wave 1 and 2 and then outdamages them on wave 3. He's really great.

He is kind of broken gameplay wise. I mean, come on, he has a partywide 2 hit invulnerability. Back in my day, we had to sacrifice a virgin to get that

It's not just his invincibility immunity, it's all invisibility immunity for 3 turns. So other servants can't cast immunity on themselves or other teammates within that 3 turns.

Khad, you didn't mention his true potenzial. Double Tetz will give you two times the Master Effect so instead of 10% charge you will get 12 % xD And the first thing i noticed about his sunfield block is that he i the natural enemy of Ozy! I find him kind of boring. He is a fantastic unit and the probably best AOE Assassin in the game (if you don't count Vitch), but on the other hand he is in the end an assassin. His utility is good but his damage is lackluster. The Summer Valks loop better, are free and if the enemy is earth they outdamage him. A good unit but like the last year with the 3 Quick loopers in a row, sometimes you just don't need another Arts Looper. I really hope Kuku and Olga are more interesting gameplaywise!

His art style though... looks like it's done by colour pencil.

That's just how his artist is, if we're being honest. Almost everything that Shou Tajima makes is done in a style that feels very much like concept-art. I remember people thinking that Oberon's artwork was also pretty ugly because people didn't like Chika Umino's art either.
