Very refined actor, also spoke very well about Khaie. But just one sentence “he was offered role of Khalid Butt first” ruined all his analysis. I don’t know somehow I did not believe him, if Nauman Ijaz had given this statement I would have believed him straightaway. As far as Waseem Abbass is concerned his performance is pretty much the same in every project. I don’t think anyone can offer him an unusual role like Durab Khan perhaps because of his looks as well. Likewise I heard a very average middle aged actress that she was offered a role in Khaie played by iconic actress Saba Faisal. Such claims seem very childish to me. Praise your peers wholeheartedly and avoid such pathetic statements please.
