He is not Sachay Bhai. Noha is definitely of Sachay Bhai but someone else because the quality of Tarz o Lehn does not match yo what sachay bhai had. Probably he is Aal e Haider who was the Bazoo Reciter with Sachay Bhai.

no, the Qalam Was of Sachy Bhai, and Recited by Sachy Bhai too. I am familiar with this Qalam, This is basically Riwayat-e-Sheeren I think Written by Naseem Amrohi Or Hasan Imdad.
