this is on the PTS my friend, a separate copy of your game that allows you to test out any skin and basically anything before they are officially released in the actual game. You can get it on Steam store page theres a prompt there that lets you install it. they usually give you unlimited currencies to buy the stuff you need to see, but I should let you know that they recently changed how this works. Now you can go to the in-game store within the PTS and just buy crystals for example. They wont charge you.
