💥KHALIFA NAN KHATAI💥
Khalifa Nan Khatai With &
Without Oven Detailed Recipe, Khalifa Nan Khatai Recipe | Lahore Famous Cookies | Ramadan Special Recipe | Bakery Style Cookies
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup ghee (melted, not hot)
1 & half cup maida
1 tbsp besan(gram flour)
1 tbsp suji
12-13 almonds
1 tsp baking powder
pinch baking soda
1/2 tsp elaichi powder
1 egg yolk
pinch yellow color
180 C
18-20 min
For Without oven :
Bake in preheated pot on medium to low flame for 20-25
mins

Hey ! The outside can be little soft but it’s shouldn’t be soft from the inside.
