This was probably the most entertaining episode of food truck I've watched. I was surprised to see that the run time was an hour long so I figured it'd drag on a bit at certain parts but Khalil was so authentic that it made the episode an easy listen and worth the entire watch. I would say keep these long form food trucks coming but I feel like this was a one time deal due to Khalils ability to jive with Brendan on so many topics.

Loved this episode! Not even a big MMA fan, but I have a lot of respect for some of the guys I've seen on pods like this over the years (saw Khalil on Shapel's World). I mean this as a compliment, but I really wish we saw more of THIS Brendan on pods as opposed to the side we see on FATK. Clearly a thoughtful guy with a big heart. @@FartCakes adhd gives me too much focus on things that gave me dopamine responses. And without knowing what my adhd was doing plus not knowing how ego works in labels and pedestals. You get comfortable but never satisfied. Play video games for hours without eating till I got bored and moved onto the next dopamine response GOOD OL FOOD. Then go into a food coma. Had the job that required the least amount of effort but still fed my ego too like working in the medical field. And boom. the perfect storm was brewed.

Nothing else quenches my adhd spells better than a quick sweat from shadowboxing.

You could really see how excited Khalil was to receive those shoes. Watching him fight Anders in a traditional Muay Thai style was really a beautiful sight to see in the UFC. Him fighting MT in Lumpini against other MT fighters won’t be as special as it is in the UFC, but his longevity will be way longer. This man deserves whatever makes him happy!
