Khaliya top trek | Munsiyari | Uttarakhand | Vlog 4

5th June 2022- On our 4th day of our Kumaon trip, we decided to trek to Khalia Top, in Munsiyari.
Khaliya top is a high alpine meadow also known as Bugyal in the local Kumaoni language. It is is perched at an altitude of 3500 metres above sea level.
When you reach the top, you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic views of the mighty Himalayan mountain peaks of Panchachuli and even the Nanda Devi mountain range.
This trek is easy to moderate level in difficulty considering your fitness levels. You can easily do a round trip from the starting point of the trek in a day. Additionally KMVN has a rest house facility mid way in the trek route just in case you want to spend a night there.

The charges were around 1000 rupees/day when we visited. You can check at the entry for current rates as those are fixed
