KHALWALE SEEKS OVER SH1.5 BILLION FROM TOTO FOR DEFAMING HIM IN THE DEATH OF HIS WORKER

Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale has made true his threat to sue Kakamega tycoon Cleophas Shimanyula alias Toto for defaming him following the death of his worker last month.
Through lawyer Danstan Omari, Khalwale is seeking sh 200 million as damages from the businessman for allegedly defaming him.
The senator claims over the past few weeks, he has been subjected to orchestrated attacks steered by the businessman with false and malicious accusations that he murdered his employee of 20 years the Late Kizito Moi Amukune.
