Even adding gudar milk will not convert in panner in Halwasan making what we have to do. I am using direct tabela full fate milk

Hi Divyang, There should be 2 possibility for this occurrence. 1) either the quantity / Quality of Gunder is not adequate. Or 2) Gundar is not puffed properly / enough. Please try again and let me know if you need any help. I hope it will workout for you. Thanks. Have a nice day!!

@@MaHeesKitchen I find out reason If use full fat milk will not convert in to panner like small granules after adding gundar in milk containing wheat small pieces. Regards

Hi Jubin, Thank you for your question. Wheat no jado lot hu suggest karti nathi karanke e bau jhino pade and Halwasan bau chiknu thai jase. Video pramane, Tame Kansar na fada (fine daliya) vaparso to bazar jevo halwasan banse. I will not suggest wheat thick flour since it will make Halwasan sticky. As per video, Kansar's fada (fine Daliya) will be very suitable to make professional style Halwasan. Thanks you. I hope I answered your question. You can use bulgur

Hi Nila, Yes. You can use it but we need to make sure that the cooking time for Bulgur should be less than split wheat (fada) since they are parboiled (partially cooked). I think, the cooking time for Bulgur should be about 30% less than fada. For best result we should use even sized / shape Bulgur. Thanks for your comment and suggestion. Have a nice day.
