It depends on the fighter and if the UFC likes you and sees value in you for the company. Tony Ferguson is on 8 fight loosing streak and he’s still with the UFC but Mohammed Mokaev who’s undefeated and 7 fight winning streak in the UFC got cut because they had personal issues with him. Now volk vs Lopes is happening. Smart move by volk. Personally, I think ilia is the best fighter in the ufc. I think jones is the goat and should be p4p 1 but ilia is a close second. Islam is close to losing his belt. I have a hard time believing he manages to hold his belt if he fights Arman and ilia. One of them will beat him.

Calm down my friend. People are so hyped for the recents. Ilia only defended his belt once. And KO'ing Max and Volk doesn't mean he is gonna KO Islam also. Islam is not close to lose his belt, he already beat Arman once but sure next will be a hard one. But Topuria has the puncher's chance only against Islam. Otherthan that he dominates Ilia everywhere else. Ilia will sure be the featherweight GOAT if he beats Volk again in the rematch which something Islam has already done. Actually Islam beat the most prime featherweight goat Volk who was coming from the 3 wins over Max. Ilia beat the Volk who got brutally KO'd Volk before couple of months by Islam. Also Islam knock downed and submitted Prime Lightweight champion Olivera who was in a 13 fight win-streak over 155lbs killers. Let's wait and see. Ilia has a potential to be all that in future, but not yet. Keep him under Islam, Jones and Alex for now.

@@nr1NPC No, he has no cardio like Khabib. Khabib can grapple all 5 rounds and Khamzat gasses out fast. He struggled and did bleed against Gilbert Burns. But sure his wrestling is better than Khabib. But Khabib has better grappling than Khamzat on the ground.

@@BhathiyadhammaNU Khabib barely ever finished anyone tho - he got a few subs in the end of his career. Khamzats wrestling AND grappling is better - but has less of a gastank. Khabib didn't gas because he never hunted for finishes like Khamzat did. If Khabib was as relentless like Khamzat was, then he would also gas. ANYONE would gas if they fought like Khamzat. Also the Burns fight was literally Khamzat testing himself, he said it before and after the fight - that he wanted to have a war to prove to himself that he belongs in the top.

@@nr1NPC Yeah, I agree that Khabib's submission game was not that strong as Islam or Khamzat. But still I see his ground control and grappling stamina was second to none. Saying 200% better is not making any sense that they are different in their own way. Khabib was a very high IQ fighter that he managed everything to keep in his favour. That's why people say he was always 1 step ahead of his opponents even if it went 5 rounds. That's why he never bled, never knocked down or even got visibly hurt. But Khamzat is not like him. He is just hunting aggressively and it will give him a hard time later if he fails those attempts in the beginning of a fight. He can't do it against DDP that may cost him later.
