He also missed vs “leech” and tried to cheat by holding the towel, he then had an hour to lose the weight and came back and made weight. He then missed weight vs Diaz by 7.5 lbs.. I like khamzat but his weight is a REAL concern. It’s extremely rare for ufc and/or commission doctors to come in and “stop the weight cut” like he claimed vs Diaz. They literally only do that if you’re literally about to die . The only other time I’ve actually ever heard of it happening was when Max Holloway was slotted to fight Khabib..
