Though it is a constitutional bench, but for judgement they will follow the instructions of army chief. We should not be misled by the remarks of justices on the bench. If some justices are giving negative remarks about trial of civilians in the military court, I am 100% sure they have been asked by our generals to do so. The sentences announced by Asim Munir was for the satisfaction of his own army. Since PTI has been saying from May 10th that May 9 incidence is a FALSE FLAG OPERATION, our army is trying to prove through these sentences that it is not so. Gen. Asim has kept his army behind him on the narrative that the army as an institution has been humiliated on May 9 and it was their 9/11, how could he now release PTI workers. Since the world view about military courts in Pakistan for civilians has been critical, it has become the need to address this concern of the world. Now it will be done through the courts. The same bench will decide these trials as illegal and it will be done with the nod of our army chief. Pakistan is being governed by a "gang" which has hijacked the army institution, stollen elections, tamed a majority of judges, framed the National Assembly on the basis of Form 47. It all has been done under the umbrella of their masters in Washington.
