As the amount of explicit cost is $15500 which has alternative uses such as depositing in bank for interest return. Should the interest income forgone to run the business be involved in the calculation of implicit cost? I will be very happy to hear from you, thank you!

After she pays property taxes, b&o tax, payroll tax, licensing, permits, maintenance on the building, kitchen ect. she may as well join the accounting bureaucracy of another company because its clearly too expensive to work for yourself and actually create something that other people want... Oh yeah she still owes part of anything leftover after all that to the government in the form of income tax.
