A ton of work went into that, well done! Love Khanom, was Frankies the restaurant you referred to? STL

Thanks for the kind comment. I need to learn to be a little less picky on my edits but it's hard. I get an impulse and 4 hours later I've only progressed 3 or 4 minutes. The restaurant I was referring to was Sopha's which is right on the beach and part of Phuphat Resort. Well worth a stop!

I know the answer, but I am having a brain cramp and and please, who sings the song playing the last part of the video? The area you were exploring was our second choice but we bought in Taling Ngam area on Samui. Happy Holidays and a fantastic New Year exploring!

Last track was Beyond Silence by Rebecca Mardal. Thanks for listening so carefully. The music is always the emotion I’m trying to convey at the time. Happy New Year!

First house. It's called Black and grey water tanks. For the building as it stands now would be around 5k per Sq.m after you still have some big costs coming Windows tiles, kitchen bathrooms, etc. So rest it for the land you never mention what the tittle deed was or if any at all.🙏

That’s right, I was drawing a blank at that moment. Deed is a Chanote. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

When making an offer on a house that’s not complete leave a buffer on price in case you find problems because there’s a risk. Is your wife Thai? Unless you have plans on living there for long time don’t take the risk and rent. Risk / Reward

Can foreigners own land in Thailand?
@edandtomo Жыл бұрын
Officially, no. There is a work around where you are part owner of a Thai company and then the company leases the land to you for 30 years.

By the way it’s to expensive. The finish is expensive. I’m not feeling it.
