Not sure about jogging I never jog but they are very steady and comfortable. One of my fave things for the gym and the noise cancellation will get you pumped🤞🏾

Recently saw that BIG lizard at a parking lot at waterfall office park it was during lunch, child I ran and cried calling security. Like it was playing under the cars and that thing can run and becareful it has a sharp kinda knife at the tail 😂
