My nani was from Burma, married my nana in secundrabad. She taught my mother to make khowsuey. In our house in Karachi, it was relished by all but specially my father. Beleive me but the khowsuey recipe of yours is not much different than my nani and mom's. We make it here in Calgary, Canada at least twice a year as per your recipe. The only difference is my mother made it with beef but with chicken it tastes equally good. Where are you from, Maria? Where do you live?
