The Couple had missed the train and were worried when they would get their next train. They must have sent fervent prayers which was answered immediately and they comfortably boarded the train.

Thats not the case.. towards the end of the video, you must have seen there's a bend in the line, where the next station is Santragachi junction which has many points to enter proper platform and at that curve, there's a signal which shows which platform is clear to get into. That signal was red and upon a platform clearance, that signal turned green to direct the motorman to proceed further. Otherwise, no train stops for any passanger when it departs from a station after getting clearance from the guard.

There will be ticket counter near every lane towards the station And there is no automatic checking for tickets But if you get caught u will be fined 50 times the original And also u can book ticket from mobile (which will work only outside station to avoid cheating)
