Thanks for comment Gaja ke liya maida ko softly guthna hai, Don't knead the dough, low flame per fry karna hai aur last me flame ko thoda sa increase karke golden colour tak fry karna hai. Chasni me nimbu ka ras jaroor daliye aur chasni thik nahi honi chahiye otherwise gaja me ras nahi jayega . Try again, is bar achhi banegi.👍
