Today I am going to make Matar ki Kachori. I am not using refined Flour (maida) to make this recipe. You can make khasta kachori even with aata ,you don't need maida for that . This recipe was Ordered by my mom . She told me to make this for my son before the season for peas gets over. So here I am making this today ............

So, dear folks let's go to the ingredients list...
Ingredients: 10-12 kachori (depends upon the size)
Peas: 1 kg
Garlic cloves : 6-7
Green chillies: 1
Asafoetida: 1/4 tbsp
Cumin Seeds : 1/4 tbsp
Turmeric powder:1/4 tbsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder:1/4 tbsp
Sabji Masala : 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Aata /whole wheat flour:2 cups
Ghee : 2 tbsp
Refined oil:3 tbsp
Mustard Oil:1/4 tbsp
Oil to fry
