I honestly believe that other ethnicity do want to taste Khmer food but the educating and creating awareness is what we lack.It’s like the rice cake that is wrapped in banana leaves, that is the first engineered version of a lunch box that kept food warm and the farmers use it. That’s the approach we have to offer and trust me it works.

We’re doing well. We would love to go back to Long Beach again because we don’t know anyone there and didn’t know what we are going. Will need to stay longer during the Khmer new year

Not enough Khmer to support in Maryland. Only one restaurant 20 years ago didn’t survive. Only Lowell , Philadelphia and Long Beach big business in the Khmer restaurant industries 😀
