I'm not hating, I drive a Tundra so I'm familiar with this channel, but it is quite funny that these "overlanders" are so overbuilt. This is cool, but It really seems like everyone is making a camper that is a slight variation on this exact same format. This is great for hunting but my concern is when it rains. How would you deal with damp wetness inside. Tents and that fabric is Notorious for allowing moisture to seep through. Also the zippers, wonder how well they will hold up over time.That being said, this unit is well put together. Again another product that is going to be on the high side of the money spectrum. As much as you are going to use this for hunting or a weekend in the woods, the cost out weighs the wallet. I think you can buy a dam nice off-road pop up for the money

I love everything about it except with all that being metal and black if you wanted to overland anywhere in the southwest during the summer you would cook inside that thing in the summer.
@TAVLLC3 жыл бұрын
We've camped all over the southwest in the summer with both the black and silver Alu-cab tents and never once had a heat issue with either color. I actually prefer the black myself. They are insulated inside and if the air can flow through the tent it can be as comfortable as any other tent. When it's hot it's just hot outside and I more than likely will not be inside a tent or camper that time of day.
@robertedwards74303 жыл бұрын
@@TAVLLC well that's definitely encouraging because I really like this unit. People sometimes complain about the price of these but my opinion is that you get what you pay for. You can tell by your review that everything on it is like built to milspec quality. I think it's worth every penny.
@WillN2Go15 жыл бұрын
It sure is black inside the storage compartments, inside the camper, on top, there's black fabric. Sure they are lights... Your truck says photographer, so you've got all that black camera gear that goes into black pouches on your bags... Okay we know why the camera gear is black, but why is the inside of the damned pouch black? Try this, get white Krylon spray paint for plastic, give a couple of pouches or pockets in a bag a shot-but don't do all of them. They won't turn white--they don't have to. They'll get a bit grayer. Now use'em. If you do all of them you won't notice, but if you just do a couple you will definitely notice how much easier it is to use. And 9:32 says it all kzbin.info/www/bejne/poqtmn-Ijbypr5Y
