When I was first initiated into meditation, I was so excited and overwhelmed with emotion, that I forgot this simple instruction. A few months later, when I was at an intensive retreat called LFT training, Didi reviewed my meditation lesson and reminded me of this forgotten point. When I incorporated it into my meditation, however, such a seemingly insignificant, minor detail made a subtle but profound difference in my ability to concentrate and clear the mind. It was really amazing - the before and after contrast was very clear.

Those who practice kechari mudra yoga have to stretch the tongue may go on practicing touching the top inside the mouth. But for an immediate result of kechari mudra meditation one has to Open the mouth and freely Touch the sensible point at the back side of mouth cavity using the forefinger direct and activate the point by massaging lightly for some time to get third eye activated. This a simple method of kechari mudra and I am much satisfied if this my own finding is approved by the extended Yoga Classes world over.
