Oh my god, I have read this line in Siddha Kunjika storam, never knew, it referred to Khechari Mudra. Wonderful. I was exploring Vaasi Yoga, but suddenly got clarity on Siddha Kunjika storam.

@psvijaya6462 the results vary from person to person. Depends how long you do it and most importantly is to increase the flexibility of the tongue. You can start with 2 mins a day day and slowly increase it till 10 - 15 minutes. 🙏

Hello, yes you can try. It does not matter if you tongue is small, you can still try and reach the tonsils area. Initially it will be difficult but as the flexibility increases, you should be able to. Hope this helps. The procedure is same as explained in the video
