Ingredients
4-5 tbsp oil
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2-3 Dried red chilli
250 grams chicken keema
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
3-4 Green chilli
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp roasted chickpeas
¾cup fried onions (Birista)
3 tbsp Curd
2 tsp coriander powder
Less than 1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp oil
6 boiled egg
¼ tsp chilli powder
2 pinch turmeric powder
¼ tsp salt
1½ tbsp milk powder
½ tsp Dried Fenugreek leaves
¼ homemade Garam masala
Freshly chopped Coriander
