I've not fought one but I've seen one ages ago while searching for weird MH monsters and I must agree. That thing looks disgusting (in a good, horror monster way), and the head/tail situation makes it confusing and awkward for a beginner (IIRC the tail and the head look similar enough, which is a good thing in this case).

@@justanotherLunny I think Khezu was based off a nightmare one of the devs had. And Gigginox was a follow up on that concept. But Gigginox feels more like a real animal, adding to the horror aspect. If they took out the fight music for Nox, you would be left with just the sounds of it breathing, and moving in the caves around you. In mostly darkness.

​​@@justanotherLunny you look at the picture of it and you can see the head and tail looking kiinda similar and you think " oh yeah I can see they did the head camouflage thing worms and sea cucumbers do that's cool. I won't fall for it ingame though no way it's too obvious."... But lemme tell you, you definitely will mistake the two sides every damn time you fight it😂😂😂. I made both low and high rank armor of it and the fight did not get any easier with experience and knowing the whole moveset. they like to move both backwards and forwards to fuck around with you further. Actually the best concept of a cave monster mh ever did. And it freaking glows too. Rise missed out for sure
