Everybody knows that if you want to learn khichu you can only trust gujarati people . It is so because its like blood in their vein . Every gujarati eats khichu several times in a year and they also make khichiya papad storing for a year
Today my self Naimisha being gujarati also have learnt this recipe from my mother and with all perfect information and ingredients .
This recipe is innovated in such a way that it can be made by all of you , each one of you in a very simplest way without any problems of lump formation.

Ingredients
Rice flour 1 bowl
Water 3 bowls
Green chillies 8-10
Dhaniya 3-4 sticks
Ginger 1 inch
Salt 1.5tsp
Papad khar 1 tsp
Sesame seeds 2 tsp

Very well explained. Worth a try . As I don't hv papad khar , how much of cooking soda to use in this 1:3 ratio recipe.? Pls guide . I will try surely this weekend only ,if I don't hv any other plans & definitely get back to u . Thanks alot for a new & easy method 🙏🙏 of rice khichu .
