नमस्कार भूमि जी,मैं आपकी सभी video देखती हूं लगभग पिछले 4 वर्षों से । जो समस्या आपको पैरों में आ रहीं हैं वो मुझे 3 साल पहले हुई थी! डॉ से treatment भी लिया और झाड़ फूँक भी करायी बहुत 1 साल तक।उसके बाद मैने अपने आप ही दही लस्सी और चावल कुछ समय के लिए बंद कर दिया फिर मैने महसूस किया कि मेरे पैर में ब्लकि लेफ्ट में pain jyada होता था जो वो सब अपने आप ही गायब हो गया मैने तकरीबन 2 महीने बाद इस बात पर गौर किया तब मुझे पता चला कि ये दर्द बाई की वज़ह जिसे कुछ लोग यूरिक एसिड भी कह देते उसकी वज़ह से ही होता है! मैंने आपके साथ अपना पर्सनल experience share किया है आप भी ये चीजे 1 महीने के लिए छोड़कर देखिए क्या पता आप भी ठीक हो जाएं!

हैलो दी ❤ ज्यादा काम मत कीजिए मैं ने भी कुछ उत्साह और कुछ जरूरत में आकर बहुत काम किया है । खुद का ख़्याल कम रखा और काम में Perfection ज़्यादा सो stress की वजह से शरीर में बीमारियाँ आने लगी । अब बच्चों ने सख्ती से मना कर रखा है तो बस जरूरी काम ही करती हूं। स्वास्थ्य है तो सबकुछ है। मेरी भी आपसे यही request है कि थोड़ा कम काम करें या काम करने के तरीके में बदलाव करें और शरीर को आराम दें। जिन्दगी है ऊपर नीचे होती रहती है । उम्र के हर पड़ाव में काम करने की Priority बदलती रहती है । बोले तो life में थोड़ा chill करने का😁😁😁

Nuts ke laddo ki jagah use soak karke lena jyda sahi hoga,qki nuts soak hone pe hi digest ho pate h.include alovera juice in your morning routine patanjali alovera juice morning empty stomach. It did wonder to me ,i hope it will do the same to u too. kaam karna is not at all problem, my mother is 80 yrs. AAP jaldi theek ho jayengi 😊. Bhumi ji . I had issue with my right heel. I had to go through so much pain . After loosing weight and wearing arch support shoes most of the time helped me a lot. No doubt you are a great cook. I politely want to mention that your food is tempting however very high calorie food. When it comes to fat loss how do you manage not to eat that food that you cook regularly for your family. You have very strong will power .
