បបរមាន់ Khmer Chicken Congee [ម្ហូបខ្មែរ][Kitchen Story]

Hello everyone~ Today I am going to show you how to make Cambodian’s Chicken Congee. It is a simple yet delicious and comfort meal that Cambodians enjoy eating as breakfast or afternoon snack.
Ingredient : Chicken Congee
Rice 1cup, Chicken 1/2 & water 4 liters
Onion, garlic, green onion, carrot & salt Preserved radish, dried shrimp, mushroom, garlic & green onion Sugar 3tbsp, salt 1tsp & fish sauce 3tbsp
Topping :
Bean sprout, green onion, fried garlic, chili, pepper, & lemon

គ្រឿងបន្ទាប់បន្សំ ៖

looks yummy indeed. fried garlic with fish sauce give terrible smell in the house though. I always add fish sauce after I took the pot from the heat. So the smell isn't so strong.. anymore.
