You make mistake on the last limestone water you say 800 but look like 1000

Hi dear so 250 g of tapioca starch is about 2 cups and 2 tablespoons and 240g of rice powder is 2 cups. We weigh it because it’s more precise measurement, but try making the dessert using cup’s measurement and see how it turns out. Good luck
