hey great video dude, loved the information you provided. and you made my job a lot more easier. now i am asking the real questions so i am a 88 to 90 kg person who sits on his chair a lot almost 8 hours a day. and i work late at night too from home, so feeling sleepy while working is a normal thing for me, i usually sit with my butt slightly forward and leaning my upper back on the support, the problem with my old chair is that it did not had any headrest. so after an hour or so, my neck starts to hurt and i sit upright another issue is when i am watching series or anything, i tend to keep my feet on the table and lean back fully, almost like i am reclining. so the previous chair that i bought broke from the joint. i am asking if i will be able to do the same with the "chair no.1"? or its just a bad posture and i should just avoid it. i am not kidding when i say this, i have literally broken 1 metal chair (it was second hand from facebook market place) and 3 plastic chairs in about 6 months long period. so should i buy a new chair or use that money to get a gym membership😂😂
