3) Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam did not say " Don't celebrate my birthday " If you read Quran with concentration , you will come to know that , in Quran, Allah has told Muslims to celebrate any benefit given by Allah, and the birth of our Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam is no doubt the biggest gift of Allah upon us. Therefore, since Allah has told that Muslims can celebrate any thing , which is beneficial to them , given by Allah, We can celebrate the birthday of Our Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. , because the coming of our Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) in this world is the biggest gift of Allah.. Also, Remember this rule of Islam : Please read the following carefully. If a particular thing is not mentioned in Quran, then we can do that particular thing... Because Quran has mentioned & given the list of all bad ( Gunah ) things , that we should not do, in the Quran itself. And Quran has also given & mentioned all good things which are Farz, i.e., which should be done compulsorily…. So, still there are hundreds of matters which are not mentioned in Quran by name, but, the guidelines are given in the Quran , whether to do those things or not…. Between Good and Bad things, there are many things, which are not mentioned by name in Quran. We can do those things, because Quran has not included that particular issue or matter, in the list of bad things in the Quran.... If anything God wanted Muslims not to do that particular thing, Our God could have mentioned that particular thing by name and asked Muslims not to do that particular thing…. E.g., Visiting Graves… God did not tell in Quran to visit Graves….. And God did not tell in Quran , not to visit graves, So, we can visit graves….( as mentioned in Hadith also )..
