*cup size 200ml
*200 ml milk ( 1 cup)
*150 gm sugar (3/4 cup )
*1 tbsp saffron milk ( optional)
*pinch of orange food colour ( optional )
*200 gm desiccated coconut (2 cups + 1/4 cup)
* 1 tbsp ghee/ clarified butter
