Most important in a marriage : Your wife is not your slave So dont say to her what to do, talk gentle in a conversation. You and she are each other buddy and you have skills what she has not and visa versa. You two are needed for a home/family! Your husband is not your son, dont say to him what to do….treat him with honor as you do with your Father…..the men’s nature is like that…..and you will see he will even do the impossible for you! Do not behaviour like a men in front of your husband….two men in a house means war…. Be a men in the house when your husband is at work or outside the house. In other words protect the house

Something terrible happen in our state and I just want parents to be mindful of leaving young girls with their older brothers. A young girl has been raped by her over 18 yr old brother since she was 8. She’s now 10 I believe. Please please ask your children if anyone is touching your inappropriately. This child told her school counselor thank god. However, she’s been told by the abuser if she’d told anyone she’d ger hurt. May Allah protect our children.

As salaamu alaikum wrbt. Jazakallah khair shaykh. Please can you also speak on the abuse of the in laws on their sons and wives. This is a cultural issue where they think it’s is their right to dictate the lives of the married couple and abuse them for not giving them money or whatever on demand when the couple is trying to establish their lives. Many force the couple to stay with them using the “you have to listen to your parents in Islam” and Mothers emotionally blackmail their sons with” Jannah lies under the mother’s feet” and this does not allow the son to take care of his own family… the in-laws dictate the lives even after marriage, surely there has to be laws on this interference. Thanks for standing up for us women… with this Kuthbah. Wa alaikum as salaam wrbt.

Sheikh Yasir some husbands billitle women and opress them mentally rather than physically. Its very difficult to prove it, e.g. holding back money, not allowing to visit family etc. What should such women do?
@hamidamahmudurrahman32612 жыл бұрын
Mental illness is a stigma in the ummah across cultures. No person hits his wife out of the blue. There are serious anger issues. He must have done this in the past to others as well. The family didn’t do anything about the outbursts. There might be some mental illness as well. Before getting married a person must be atleast working with a therapist to treat the issue if the problem is mental illness . People need to discuss mental health and anger issues before marriage. For those who ignored the first step before getting married they must seek counseling. People seek help from a therapist for anger management.

Jazak Allah khair for covering physical aspects of domestic abuse but it’s a shame other aspect of abuse wasn’t covered. You see domestic abuse, it is a board subject, it covers many areas such, mental, emotional, sexual, Psychological and so forth … these are the types of abuse no one sees. It’s soul crushing. No one sees it or understand it. Please cover these areas too, otherwise you will be leaving loop holes for the abusers.

@King Sultan the wife not obeying the husband isn't “abuse.” yes, it's a separate issue but this video is about something specific. Muslim women have been dying the past few weeks and months at the hands of Muslim men, we've seen the stories go viral and this is all you can say on it. You guys cry that we change the subject when it's the women's turn to be criticised, why are you here trying to shift the attention when it's the men being criticised? You're one of those Andrew Tate anti-feminist men that just want women to be criticised 24/7
@nuuur18492 жыл бұрын
@King Sultan Men fighting for our Islamic rights, where? I don’t see many, in this current age. I feel safer going to the non-Muslims for help than Muslims in general. In my country, sisters that were physically and emotionally abused by their husbands were denied a divorce by the male imams so they went to the feminist western media for help and guess what? They got it. Can you imagine? Sisters feel more safer going to non-Muslims because they know they won’t get help from Muslim imams and the Muslim community! Our community is a disgrace. Look at the news! Look at all the Muslim countries, the men denying their women their rights, killing them, stealing their inheritance, oppressing them etc. I’m so embarrassed. It’s also the fact that you paint men as fighting for our rights and being upright but women are just apparently corrupted and irredeemable and sinister. You are part of the problem. How can you generalise like this? This is part of the western red pill doctrine you are criticising, this is what they do, they speak of men in positive and gloating terms all the time and women are just evil beings all around. It’s disgusting and I’m sick of it.

Aboo Hurayrah reported that the Prophetصلى الله عليه وسلم said, “Everyone from my nation will enter Paradise but those who refuse.” They said, “O Messenger of Allaah, who will refuse?” The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, “Whoever obeys me enters Paradise, and whoever disobeys me has refused.”

The man is sick. Period. If he feels like beating someone, whatever the reason (of course he's gonna blame others, like Ibliis did bcs that's the result of pride and arrogance) then he should get out of the marriage. No excuses. He's got problems that need to be resolved and should seek help. If he's sincere. The Prophet ﷺ nor any of the prophets (pbut), treated their wives in such a hideous manner.
