Hats off to Zafar Waqar, the legendary poet. Only he could dare to speak the truth so clearly without mincing his words. A society that has so much in common, but is divided in so many other ways. The divisive policies of the ignorant/semi-educated religious merchants (clerics) have crippled the peace and harmony of Gilgit-Baltistan. A small community that shares the same blood, culture and geography, is deeply polarized along sectarian lines. Thank you Zafar Waqar for being the voice of sane and peace-loving people. I hope your message will be heard, understood and appreciated before it's too late.
