Sir, we got home 4 months ago. I am female, I felt very positive when I saw the home - open, spacious, clean , lots of natural sunlight. But during the 1 month period of paying initial deposit and getting loan approved, we saw large no of obstacles - almost to the extent that we were about to lose initial deposit and not be able to close deal. Somehow all our problems resolved and we were able to close deal. Now how do we judge whether the house is good or bad. We dont know anything about previous owner - except that that they lived here for 30 years, no death on property.

नमस्ते सर, 🙏 मेरा नॉर्थ फेसिंग प्लॉट है (25 चौड़ाई x 40 लंबाई)। आपकी एक वीडियो के अनुसार, मैंने मेन गेट नॉर्थ से 2 भाग छोड़ कर बनाने का प्लान किया है। लेकिन नॉर्थ - ईस्ट में बोरवैल की जगह नहीं निकल पा रही है, क्यूंकि ड्रॉइंग रूम की नॉर्थ वॉल एकदम बाउंड्री पर आ रही है। मैप में काफी एडजस्टमेंट करने के बाद भी स्पेस नहीं बच रहा है। और नॉर्थ - ईस्ट में मेन गेट नहीं बनाना चाह रहा। बाकी पूरा हाउस मैप आपकी ही वीडियो देख देख कर बनाया है। बाकी सब वास्तु से एकदम सही है। बस यही बोरवैल के लिए आपसे सलाह लेना चाह रहा हूं। आपका सलाह आभारी रहूंगा। आपका दिन शुभ हो। 🙏🙂

Sir yah corner plot hai jisme north or west open hai. North me road hai or west me bhi road ke parallel kheti wali land hai.yah 80×62 ka hai road se katne ke baad 3000se 3600 square feet rahega kya me ye plot kharid sakti hu meri rashi kanya hai or mere bete ki kumbh.pati or beti ki tula hai.

सर् मेरे प्लॉट पर पहले कॉलोनी की गिट्टी एवम कॉलोनी में लगाये जाने वाले पौधे जो कि लगभग सुख चुके थे एवम उनपर बेल भी फेल गयी थी तब उस प्लाट पर जाने में बहुत अच्छी फिलिंग आती थी बच्चो को पत्नी को सभी को बहुत शांति एवम सुकून मिलता था, बाद में मैंने प्लॉट की सफाई करवा दी एवम ईशान की ओर थोड़ा ढलान भी करवा दिया। मकान का काम शुरू करने से पहले मेंवे एक वास्तुविद को बुलाया जिन्होंने तांबे की छड़ी को इंटिकलोक घूमते हुए दिखाकर कहा कि यहां नकारत्मक ऊर्जा है जबकि हमे कभी भी ऐसा महसुस नही हुआ। कंफ्यूज़ हो गए है मार्गदर्शन करें।
